How to Eat Well When Work, Travel and a Busy Life Get in the Way

Eating well can feel relatively straightforward when you control your schedule, kitchen, and routine. The challenge often begins when work runs late, you’re traveling, eating with clients, relying on restaurants, or simply don’t have time to prepare what you planned. This presentation focuses on how to make better food decisions when ideal circumstances aren’t available.

Participants will learn how to reduce daily food decisions, create a small set of reliable meals, navigate restaurants and travel without treating them as failures, and return to their normal eating pattern after disruptions. Rather than trying to execute a perfect plan every day, the presentation focuses on building an approach that can adapt to the realities of a busy life.
