Bill Cave is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator & Reverse Mortgage Advisor with Mutual of Omaha Reverse. His passion and deep experience allow him to provide true, unbiased advice and insight into whether Reverse Mortgage loans may or may not be of benefit to a senior based on their individual circumstances. Over his tenure Bill has exclusively worked with and has come to understand how to effectively utilization all HECM products and proprietary reverse products. Bill prides himself on educating seniors about common misconceptions and ongoing regulatory changes which have made Reverse Mortgages a safe, powerful, and unmatched financial tool in retirement planning. At the same time, Bill focuses on educating Consumers, their families, Lawyers, Financial Planners, Realtors, and tax professionals.
Bill is based in Arizona for more than 24 years with his wife and two children. He is uniquely qualified to serve and educate the growing senior & retirement market. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration with a minor in Gerontology from Ithaca College of New York.
Bill first began doing mortgage loans in Arizona in 2001. He also has a 20+ year background in eldercare consulting and sales management. In the eldercare industry, he is a recognized business leader for working hands-on with vulnerable seniors, caregivers, and their families to help navigate the assisted living landscape in Arizona. To give back, Bill is also a certified State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) volunteer counselor and experienced presenter for the program for the past 10 years. SHIP is the official local resource and counseling program for Medicare run through the Area Agency on Aging. Bill has also served on the Arizona Board of Directors for the Professional Association of Senior Referral Specialists, which is part of the national NPRA Association. Bill is also well recognized as a co-founder of About Seniors, an eldercare placement consulting effort that is currently run by his wife.
