    I have personally experienced them and coached clients on this. The tools I use have helped to quickly move me from panic to re-alignment both spiritually and physically. This is not a quick fix solution, but it’s a lot quicker than if you tried to go it alone or with just pills.     According to the research I have read, 4 million Americans suffer from panic attacks and globally 1 in 13 people suffer from anxiety attacks. I should also preface this speech with the fact that I am not a doctor or therapist or psychologist. If you are suffering from panic or anxiety attacks, please seek professional advice and combine it with alternative healing techniques. It’s not one over the other, it’s a collaborative/complimentary approach.

    What I share with you is how I have personally learned to manage panic attacks to reduce their frequency and eliminate them for months/years and which tools I have used when coaching clients. I believe the same tools can be used to ease anxiety attacks also.
